Originally founded by Margaret Gokey, MS, OTR/L, ret CHT in 1993 as California Hand Rehabilitation. Upon her retirement in 2021, Mary Ann Martinez, OTR/L, CHT has taken over the helm to further continue its growth. Our mission is simple: provide the best Occupational therapy, Hand therapy and Wellness services.
We've established a reputation as soft-tissue management specialists and hands on therapists. We see patients with various orthopedic (i.e. fractures, carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder and neck conditions) and neurologic conditions (i.e. stroke, Parkinson's, ALS). We are also committed to your health and well-being and can work with you to improve your posture, sports performance or other valued activities.

We have the experience and skills necessary to tackle just about every type of job that comes our way. We use various soft tissue mobilization methods including Integrated Manual Therapy, Myofascial Release, Strain Counterstrain, Block Therapy, Myofascial Cupping, and Tuning Fork Therapy.

Mary Ann Martinez, OTR/L, CHT
Clinic Director, Lead Therapist
Occupational Therapist since 2000, Summa Cum Laude from Dominican University of San Rafael. Certified Hand Therapist
since 2005. Mary Ann is trained in various soft tissue management techniques including Integrative Manual Therapy, Myofascial Release, Strain Counterstrain, Active Release Technique Block Therapy and Applied Neuroscience techniques.
She is a self-professed student for life, martial artist (Kajukenbo, Shotokenbo Kai), salsa dancer, and mom of two young teenagers. Mary Ann She is fluent in Tagalog and can speak some Spanish.
Andrea Gomez, MS, OTR/L
Staff Occupational Therapist
Occupational Therapist since 2018, graduated from University of Colorado. She has experience in pediatrics, home health, skilled nursing and hand therapy. Andrea is a certified FMT Basic and RockFloss practitioner and studying to be an Egoscue Postural Alignment Specialist.
A Napa native, Andrea enjoys gardening, hiking, gardening, camping, and playing with her son, Thiago and Mexican hairless dog, Atzi. She is fluent in Spanish.
Taylor Garcia, COTA
Staff Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Graduated with Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy in April 2021 and Bachelors in Psychology, summa cum laude in December 2023. Taylor also plans to get her Masters in OT. She has dual experience working in hand therapy and pediatric therapy.
She lives in a farm with many animals including her pet calf, Joey. She enjoys camping, hiking, rollerblading and works on the side selling delicious gourmet corndogs with the family.

Kenneth O'Neill, MS, OTR/L
Staff Occupational Therapist, Per Diem
Occupational Therapist since 1993, graduated Summa Cum Laude from the distinguished Occupational Therapy program at University of Southern California. He's worked in acute, outpatient, inpatient rehabilitation units, and hand therapy (since 2008).
Ken has been living in Napa since 1996, enjoys tending to his classic bungalow, garden, and spending time with his wife and boys. He speaks Spanish.
Veronica Vergara
Office Receptionist
Experience working in the medical industry as a medical receptionist since 2000 in Napa. She is bilingual and has been invaluable in assisting our Spanish speaking patients.
Veronica is a devoted mom to two great boys and a great cook!

8 am - 5 pm
Closed for lunch (12 noon to 1 pm)
We require 24 hour notice to cancel a scheduled
appointment or a $100.00 Late Cancel or No Show Fee
will be charged to you.
Most major insurance carriers accepted. We DO NOT accept MEDICAL/PARTNERSHIP and AUTO ACCIDENT injuries/claims.
MEDICARE patients receiving HOME HEALTH services CANNOT START outpatient Occupational Therapy at the same time.
